Application:

This tensile machine is suitable for flexible materials with large deformations such as rubber, plastic and leather. It can test the tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at break, and peel strength of rubber. Equipped with a large-deformation extensometer for measuring the deformation of the sample, which is suitable for testing the mechanical properties of materials with large deformation.

2. The power system adopts the Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor to ensure the synchronization accuracy of the transmission. It has the characteristics of high transmission accuracy, high efficiency, smooth transmission, low noise, and long service life without maintenance. The high-precision ball screw is driven by an imported motor and adopts full digital pulse control to achieve a wide range of test speeds ranging from 0.1 to 1000 mm/min, and complete the stretching, compression, bending, bending, etc. of metal and non-metal materials test.
3. The gauge length measurement system adopts Taiwan's high-precision large deformation extensometer measuring device, and cooperates with special software to accurately test the elongation rate of the rubber gauge length as "25mm".
